How are prescriptions prepared and shipped?

If an independent Australian GP prescribes a custom formulation during your consultation, script details are routed directly to licensed, accredited Australian compounding pharmacies. Formulations are shipped via express, temperature-monitored cold-chain couriers straight to your door.

Can I use my existing blood tests or pathology results?

Yes. If you have comprehensive blood work completed within the last 3 to 6 months, you can share it during your initial intake. The independent practitioner will review it to determine if it meets clinical requirements.

What happens after my initial consultation and delivery?

Care navigation is an ongoing relationship. Your concierge manages script renewal reminders, schedules routine follow-up pathology, and coordinates ongoing telehealth reviews with your doctor.
