The Pathways

Three coordinated
pathways,
one point of contact.

Every pathway begins with an independent registered practitioner review and is coordinated by us from first enquiry through to dispatch from a licensed Australian pharmacy. Nothing here is medical advice — suitability is always determined by a practitioner.

The shared spine

Where prescribed, a licensed Australian pharmacy dispenses and dispatches to you.

04Step 04

Common questions

Before you enquire.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No referral is required to enquire. Every pathway begins with an independent registered practitioner review, arranged as part of the coordination — your existing GP is not involved unless you choose to share information with them.

Is any of this covered by Medicare or private health insurance?

Consultation coordination, independent practitioner reviews, and compounded prescription-only therapies are generally not covered by Medicare or private health insurance in Australia. Any costs are private and are outlined during the coordination process.

What happens if I'm not considered a suitable candidate?

Suitability is determined solely by the independent registered practitioner. Not all individuals will be suitable candidates for prescription-only therapies, and consultation does not guarantee prescription or treatment recommendation. If you're not considered suitable, we'll let you know clearly — no substance is dispensed and no pressure is applied.

Which pathway should I choose?

You don't need to decide before enquiring. The concierge pathway is the shared starting point — from there we help direct your enquiry toward the peptide or NAD+ pathway depending on what the independent practitioner considers appropriate for your circumstances.

A note on this content

The pathways described on this page relate to prescription-only therapies that in most cases are not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) as approved medicines, meaning they have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for safety, quality, or effectiveness in Australia. Where a legitimate pathway exists for a non-approved substance, it involves an individual prescription from a registered healthcare practitioner and preparation through a licensed Australian compounding pharmacy — not retail or direct purchase.

It is not a representation that any substance is safe, effective, or approved for any purpose, and it is not intended to promote the use, purchase, or supply of any therapeutic good. Substances that have not been evaluated by the TGA carry unknown risks, including possible side effects, interactions with other medicines and unknown long-term safety. Most enquiries do not result in a prescription.

Not every individual will be considered a suitable candidate, and no outcome is guaranteed. Where a prescription is issued, preparation occurs through a licensed Australian compounding pharmacy in accordance with applicable Australian laws and professional standards. Consultation does not guarantee prescription, treatment recommendation, or ongoing eligibility.
