GL Vitality Drips is a wellness coordination and concierge support service. We assist individuals throughout practitioner-guided peptide and NAD+ consultation pathways across Australia — connecting clients with independent, registered healthcare practitioners and licensed Australian pharmacy providers, and handling the coordination in between.
We were built around a simple idea: that navigating a wellness pathway shouldn't mean chasing three different parties for three different answers. One inbox, one point of contact, one considered reply — that's the model.

The full pathway, coordinated
A practitioner-guided pathway usually involves more than one appointment — an initial consultation, possible follow-ups, and pathology where a practitioner determines it's needed. We coordinate the scheduling and admin side of all of it, and lay out monthly costs clearly from the outset, so you always know what's involved and what to expect. You don't have to track appointments, chase results, or work out costs yourself — that's what the concierge service is for.
To be clear: we coordinate the logistics of follow-ups and pathology bookings. Whether a follow-up or pathology test is required, and what any results mean, is determined solely by the treating practitioner.
Email is our correspondence channel by design. It creates a clear written record for you and for us.
We also don't provide medical advice, diagnose, prescribe, or steer clinical decisions. We don't quote treatment outcomes, and we don't guarantee suitability, prescription, or ongoing eligibility. That's the practitioner's role, not ours.

That's the reason this service exists: to give clients a genuine, personal guide toward independent, registered healthcare practitioners who are open to exploring lawful pathways beyond the conventional. Unlike larger providers, there's no call centre and no hand-off between departments — Gemma and her team guide every client personally, from first enquiry through to delivery. GL Vitality Drips coordinates that journey; it doesn't provide or supply treatment itself. Within that role, the focus stays constant: making sure every client feels genuinely supported, not processed.

It means GL Vitality Drips sits between you and the healthcare system, making the process simple. We manage communication, scheduling, and admin so you're not left navigating things alone. Once you reach out, we guide you through a clear process: initial enquiry, consultation with an independent practitioner, clinical assessment, pharmacy coordination if appropriate, and delivery. Gemma and her team manage this personally at every step, so you always know where things stand.
Where do my products come from?
Any items are fulfilled through a licensed compounding pharmacy, coordinated on your behalf following a practitioner's independent clinical assessment. GL Vitality Drips does not provide, supply, or grant access to any therapeutic good.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary depending on practitioner availability and individual circumstances. Once your consultation is complete, we coordinate next steps as efficiently as possible and keep you updated throughout.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Where applicable, fulfilment is coordinated with temperature-controlled courier delivery. Reach out to us directly for specifics on your location.
What are your hours?
Our team is available Monday to Friday for enquiries, coordination, and client support. We also offer weekend check-ins for existing clients who need assistance outside standard business hours — reach out and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Are your practitioners registered?
Yes. GL Vitality Drips only connects clients with independent, registered healthcare practitioners.
Is this legal / regulated?
Yes. GL Vitality Drips operates as a coordination and administrative support service. Most compounded peptides referenced across our site are not ARTG-listed — we always disclose approval status plainly so you have clear, accurate information.
What are your fees?
